The Group Tour

Interactive Group Coaching

In this fun interactive group coaching model we work in small groups to make BIG progress toward your goals. We meet regularly on-line and go on a self-care journey together that lasts one year. This is a combination of many of my courses, brought to you in a way that actually helps you turn all that self-care knowledge into practical application. At the end of the year, you will feel energized, prioritized, and fulfilled.

 

It takes a whole year to learn how to accommodate the needs your body has as the seasons change. And after one year you will have your new habits on auto-pilot, so they’ll feel like part of your daily routine…and voila, you’ll be living a Real-Life Vacation!

 

 

Some of the side effects of going on this adventure could be: more energy, better sleep and feeling rested,  better relationships, learning to love and respect your body, feel less overwhelmed, cook more meals, build a strong and flexible body, etc. 

You can only give what you already possess.

As women we are caregivers, but it's only when we set realistic goals, listen to our bodies, and define our priorities, that the real work of healing ourselves happens so that we can nourish others from a place of abundance.
