The Group Tour

In this fun interactive group coaching model we work in small groups to make BIG progress toward your goals. We meet regularly on-line and go on a self-care journey together that lasts one year. This is a combination of many of my courses, brought to you in a way that actually helps you turn all that self-care knowledge into practical application. At the end of the year, you will feel energized, prioritized, and fulfilled. It takes a whole year to learn how to accommodate the needs your body has as the seasons change. And after one year you will have your new habits on auto-pilot, so they’ll feel like part of your daily routine…and voila, you’ll be living a Real-Life Vacation!

 

Group coaching is an amazing journey to go on. It is a way to make a big impact on your goals. Getting support and feedback from others that have similar goals is one of the best ways to stay on track with your own goals.
