Q: What if I can’t attend the LIVE Zoom calls?
A: Every call is recorded and available to watch on your own schedule. However, this program is designed to be interactive and community-focused. We encourage you to attend live whenever possible and to participate in the group chats so you feel part of the journey.
Q: How much time do I need to commit each week?
A: The program is flexible. The most important commitment is showing up to the live sessions. Content for each module is broken into smaller chunks so you can view it throughout the week (20-30 minutes at a time) or in one longer session. After the first 8 weeks, we move to bi-weekly content delivery with integration weeks in between—giving you more time to practice.
Q: I’m already working with you. Should I still join?
A: If you’re one of my current clients, this program will deepen and expand what we’re already working on together. The community element and structured seasonal approach offer something different from 1:1 coaching. Let’s chat during your next session about whether it makes sense for you.
Q: What if I get busy and fall behind?
A: Life happens! That’s why all content is recorded and accessible anytime. We also build in two break weeks during the year (summer and winter) specifically for catching up, resting, or integrating without the pressure of new content. Remember: this is a practice, not a performance. There’s no “falling behind”—only learning at your own pace.
Q: What if I want to cancel?
A: If you’re on the monthly plan, you can cancel with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Because of the digital nature of the program, we can’t refund content that’s already been delivered. However, we do offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the program if you decide it’s not the right fit.
Q: Will this work for my specific health condition/situation?
A: This program is not medical treatment or a substitute for working with your healthcare providers. It’s an educational program teaching you a method for making intentional lifestyle choices. Many of the principles (breathing, movement, nutrition, rest, connection) are foundational for overall wellbeing. If you have specific health concerns, please continue working with your medical team and let’s discuss during your consultation call whether this program complements your care.
Q: What’s the difference between Part 1 and Part 2?
A: Part 1 (8 weeks) teaches you the METHOD through small practice habits. You’re learning HOW to use the PPQUL framework. Part 2 (remaining months) applies that method to the five pillars of health throughout all four seasons. You’re practicing WHAT to do using the method you’ve learned. Both parts work together for complete transformation.
Q: Can I join if I live in a different time zone?
A: Yes! All calls are recorded. However, consider whether the live call time (Wednesdays, 5:30 PM Pacific) works for you, as the community and real-time interaction are valuable parts of the experience.
