One-on-One Coaching

What journey are you on today? Are you making progress toward your goals? Are you prioritizing yourself along the way?

 

I can help guide you to set goals that will have big impacts on your health, your relationships, and your overall wellbeing. I support you and work with you to help you achieve your goals. In one-on-one coaching YOU chose the destination. I’ll be right by your side as your tour guide/coach throughout the journey.

 

Some of the side effects of going on this adventure could be: more energy, better sleep and feeling rested, better relationships, learning to love and respect your body, feel less overwhelmed, cook more meals, build a strong and flexible body, etc. 

 

Depending on your chosen destination, some of the mini-excursions that we can explore along the way include:

  • learning what foods are best for your body type,
  • reducing sugar,
  • managing your stress,
  • developing a self-care routine, etc.

Bring me your dreams… I’ll help you reach them. And if you don’t know where to start, that’s okay, too. I’ll help you find a direction.

The Private Tour includes:

12 one-on-one coaching sessions over 6 months. One session every other week. Each session is 50 minutes. Sessions take place using Zoom unless other arrangements are made.
