FAQ

Well, that’s up to you and the goals you set. Health isn’t a destination, rather a journey. That’s why during our time together we will set goals and work toward those specific goals at a pace that works for you. However, what I’ve found works best for most people is working in three-, six-, or twelve-month blocks. You are probably trying to change years of habits, attitudes, and mind-sets. Depending on your goals, it also takes time to build new habits into lifelong routines. Not only do I focus on helping you make small actionable changes that won’t leave you feeling overwhelmed, I also focus on seasonality, which is a year long adventure all on its own. You’ll quickly be amazed at your progress.

I offer many different options to fit into your current needs, including private coaching and group coaching. I offer a FREE 30 min discovery session to look at your current habits and goals.

Dieticians and Nutritionists are licensed and/or certified to provide specific protocols and diets for individuals who may have specific dietary needs due to any number of needs including disease.

Coaches don’t provide specific or prescriptive diets or meal plans, rather, they take a holistic approach to diet and nutrition, evaluating overall wellbeing and lifestyle factors including, eating habits, relationships, stress levels, exercise, etc. Coaches offer information, encouragement, and suggestions, in addition to helping the client set goals to address their health, they use accountability-based strategies to make progress in the right direction, but the client is always in control of their own choices when it comes to diet and nutrition. The client should always check with their licensed health care provider before starting any new diet or exercise.
